This Flexible Rescue Litter is designed to provide a quick and easy way to extract wounded soldiers in the midst of combat. It is constructed from a lightweight, yet durable Cordura® material that can easily be carried and quickly deployed. The Retmex Combat Model is also known as a soft stretcher.
There are different models available of Retmex Combat Model.
The Retmex Rescue Litter is equipped with two adjustable straps that can be used to secure the patient in place, and its flexible design allows it to bend and contour to uneven terrain. It also features multiple handles for easy carrying, allowing for two to six people to quickly and safely move the patient to safety. This flexible litter is an essential tool for any combat situation, providing a safe and efficient way to extract and transport wounded soldiers.

When rapid evacuation is needed, Retmex Combat Model can be used for dragging as well. The soft stretcher can be fitted between the legs to ensure the patient remains inside the stretcher at all times.
The Retmex – Combat Model is made with Cordura® fabric which is extremely durable and known for its military use. The litter can be easily maneuvered, allowing you to also slide a victim along the ground if you are on your own and need to provide cover.
The buckles will help you to secure the patient onto the rescue litter.

The compact size of the carrying bag ensures that you can easily carry it with you or store it in a convenient location. The pouch includes a PALS-system, so you can easily attach it to Molle-webbing on a backpack or other body armour.

The Retmex Combat Model fully complies with MDR 2017/745/EU. The soft stretchers are classified in Class 1 according to Regulation MDR 2017/745/EU.
All Retmex Combat Models have been assigned with NSN numbers. Tetcon also has a NCAGE number: H2PN1

The Rescue Sheets have a 1-year warranty for material and manufacture faults, which is valid from the date of delivery. The manufacturer (Tetcon) may ask for proof of the purchase date. Therefore, it is recommended to keep the invoice in a safe place. Faults or problems with the use of the Rescue Sheets as a result of an accident, misuse, inccorect use, alterations, vandalism, incorrect placement, incorrect maintenance or administration, as well as overdue normal and routine maintenance, are not covered by the warranty. Tetcon is not liable for (consequential) damage as a result of the use of the Rescue Sheet.
